14.1 version upgrade stuck

Hello.


I am upgrading my customer's SMA to version 14.1.

It was upgraded normally from 13.1 to 14.0.

However, during the upgrade from 14.0 to 14.1,

"kace sma upgrade begin k1000 server update to 14.1.95 from 14.0.334" status, there is no action for about an hour.

When monitoring VMware, it can be seen that no Disk I/O occurs.

Why does this happen?

Please help me complete the upgrade.

without any info it is not possible to say something about this.
Check the VM console if there are messages.
Did you do a backup before starting the update?

It is a good thing that you opened a case with KACE support. I assigned a senior engineer to that to check with you, so we hopefully can fix it quick.
