KACE Product Support

When I go to Security > Patch Mgmt > Patch Catalog > Search for a KB, for example KB5053887, KACE Presents the image below. Why is it when I click on the missing and staged, the numbers are actually lower? Is this due to inventory runs or something? For example, if I click on the 8 missing, it only shows 6 computers. Some other patches are more dramatic. There will be for example 114 missing but when I click on the number it will show 70 or so computers missing the patch. I find this display in KACE very useful to present when asked how many devices have a patch installed but if the numbers are not accurate I cant really use this.
