So I am having an issue with keeping track of our 3rd party software count. When there is an update done to the software KACE is not updating the License count and keeping numbers true. If there a way to keep track of each item automatically. For example with either Snagit gets updated to a new version it will say we have less deployed than we do until we go and manually update it on the system side. Also when Microsoft office does an update it drops the count as well.
