able to install the app with system account but i am not seeing it either in Program files or Program Files X86

WIth admin account , the exe is not running. Its running with system account. Can some one guide me how to Package it

  • More details, please. What is the application? Where is it located? How are you trying to install it? When you say "running with the system account" do you mean that you opened a command prompt as administrator? If not, then please explain what you did do. - chucksteel 5 years ago
  • Its Postman app and I am trying to run with administrator from cmd.. System account is nothing but pstools - ldhema 5 years ago
    • Postman is an electron app and they tend to install on a per user basis. There is an open issue on their GitHub repository regarding the possibility of it being installed for all users:

Have you got slightly *less* information than this? We like to work much hard than this to find out what posters are talking about.

Remember that some brain-dead vendors - including Microsoft - like to bypass Windows security by installing to the user's profile. Have you looked there?

Did you log the installation?
