Add it to the custom action table and reference it in the InstallUI or InstallExecute sequence depending on what it does. Remember to apply conditions if you want it to run only during install, or during install and repair, or always.
If this is insufficient information, then you are going to have to go first and tell us a lot more about what the script is intended to do.
