For this I would create an LDAP Label that searches your AD OU's. You can then attach this label that you are creating in the image you shared to the LDAP Label to populate your list of users. It works the same way as attaching a smart label to a label.

Thank you for response. Is the a quicker and easier way to do this. The Users list will be changed every 6 months or so and was hoping there might bve something more straightforward. Thank you.

Edit the Label from User properties.

Or just select the users to add to the label in the Settings>Users page then Choose Action>Apply Label and then drag the label required from left to right and save the change
