Thank You VBScab. I found the answer. For those how still looking for the download. Please try below step.
1. Register your name with IT Ninja. Wait until you have been approved
2. Click "Folow" button at the ASE community
3. Click "Join this community" link
4. Go to download link and click Admin Script Editor [Backup Download Location #2].
5. You will get the "I accept the Terms and Conditions" radio button and "Download" button and click for download the ASE software.

Done. Hope this helps others :)

I had an issue with obtaining it although the conditions listed above were met. I read somewhere that the download is only made available at certain times. I don't know really, I'm just glad to have it again because it's an awesome program and any developer or IT pro should have this is their toolbox. This program actually taught me a lot of things just by playing around with it and if I could shake the dev's hand I certainly would,

I cannot download it when I click on download I receive a 403 Error:

   HTTP 403 
Most likely causes:
•This website requires you to log in.

This happens for all the links , very frustrating.

Any idea what I could be doing wrong?
