Admin Tracking

KACE Management Appliance: VersionĀ 14.0.334

Trying to get logs for Admin changes within the appliance: Specifically changes to Queues, when they were created, modified, by whom, ETC

Looking through history, I am unable to find a entry pertaining to such modifications: Any recommendations on obtaining that data? The built in report for admin changes does not work due to a change in variables in the recent update to version 14.

Unfortunately, those type of changes are not tracked. If you have an estimated day of when they were done, you could download logs and look into the access log, which shows from which IP the SMA is accessed on which section/site.

Ticket deletion is on the regular kbox log at the moment it happens.
