Adobe Acrobat 9 not listed in software catalog
Hi community!
I'd like to activate software metering on our Adobe Acrobat 9 but I cannot find it in the software catalog. The only things that get listed are the Acrobat Distiller and Acrobat Elements (which apparently are installed while installing Adobe Acrobat). Here a printscreen of the problem:
Does anybody know what the problem could be and how to fix it?

It shows on ours, click on the uncataloged tab and see if it is under that, if it is click on the catalog button.

also make sure you have the current agent on the machines that have 9.x installed on them, an older client version can also prevent the items from coming into the catalog - SMal.tmcc 10 years ago

The client is up to date on all our devices. The current version is 6.0.1079.
Here's what the uncataloged section looks like:
The file that should be monitored for the Acrobat should be acrobat.exe but it is not listed. KACE shows same results when filtered for "Acrobat 9" instead of "Adobe Acrobat 9".
