Adobe Acrobat Reader Any version Error HELP Please

When typing in Browser or Windows explorer Acrobat:// Adobe Reader open but then display error message in first screen shot. Then I click ok I get second error message and if I close the second error Adobe reader work. 

I have 500 workstation and users that get same error and I cannot find solution can someone please HELP me.
