After installing itunes version 12.8.0.150 neither the desktop shortcut is getting open nor the exe file,where as the previous version 12.7.5.9 is getting open

Pls provide me with the solution for the same.

Was it an upgrade? Have you tried a fresh install? - ondrar 6 years ago
