Alternative tool for windows clean up utility for corrupt windows installer

I am looking for alternative tool for windows clean up utility to clean up corrupt windows installer applications(MSI) which support windows 7 32 and 64 bit platforms.

There isnt really another one because MS recommend you don't poke and prod operating systems internal Windows Installer database or whatever they call it. You could try and use the old one, but it will probably break s*. Its best just to nuke the machine for reimage, and if your packages are breaking machines, they shouldn't really be released (:

I'm using Microsoft's msicuu2 on Windows7 32-bit and it always seems to work OK. It can even sort out ISScript installs. I don't care that MS don't support it anymore, I'll stick with it.

Although, as rileyz says re-imaging is the perfect option, sometimes it's too much of a "sledgehammer to crack a walnut" when you just want to remove one small app and install something else, especially if it's my PC :-)
