I've learned a ton from the Hey, Scripting Guy blog that dugullett mentioned. Tons of good snippets in there and that's where I started. http://ss64.org, http://www.vistax64.com/vb-script, and http://forums.mydigitallife.info/forums/38-Scripting are three places I like to also visit, but technet and msdn on Microsoft are good too.

serverfault.com or stackoverflow.com are great places to ask questions. In general Google.com will be your best friend.
