Applying MST post install of Office2003

I have a basic install of Office 2003 Professional on a Terminal Services box. I would like to apply a transform file to the install without re-running the installation. Is there a way to apply the MST file to an existing install? The base install is from a networked share and the MST is located in the same folder tree.

This is probably way too late, but with Office 2003 you could use the Custom Maintainance Wizard to modify the installation on your server.
