Archive Report with Comments
Is there a way to build a report to display all tickets that have been archived and also display the details of the archived tickets?

You can use the report wizard to access archived tickets the same way like active ones by selecting the appropriate "Topic".
You'll see a separate topic for each queue of your service desk, they are alle named "Archive Ticket: <Queue Name Here>":
The tickets' comments are avaliable for output, you can select them in the next wizard screen "Fields to display":
If you want a more custom report you can access the archived ticktes and all details by selecting from these tables:
HD_ARCHIVE_TICKET
HD_ARCHIVE_TICKET_CHANGE
HD_ARCHIVE_WORK
All other related tables are the same as for active tickets. Good news: the field names are the same as in the active tables, so you probably just need to switch table names, but not field names.
