ASPEN 9.5 error

i installed ASPEN 9.5 with oracle 11g 32bit on windows 7, it installed fine but when i launch application it says "specified class not specified in registry" and when i click ok on that message again it says "Fatal error: Failed to open the Oracle database MDSDB.Application will be terminated".

 

Any help will be appreciated..................

Any changes made to INSTALL DIR may lead tofatal errors during launch.
