Asset Inventory
I have all the computers set up in Kbox by using labels. How do I set these up under Assets and tie them to a user so when they put in a ticket the name of the computer automatically shows up in Assets for that user?

Hi,
The ticketing system will automatcially add the computer under the section in the ticket called "Machine" when the user either opens the ticket via the User Portal or emails it in. It looks at the last logged in machine for that user and fills it in for you. If you manually open a ticket you would have to select it from the drop down or create some sort of ticket rule but that could get crazy.
The Assets section is a bit different as the asset they are having issues with doesn't have to be their computer. The "Machine" area ties to the actual machine where you can view the tickets as needed.
