I think this might be the wrong forum, but you should read up on the Outlook object model. I think you're looking for something like "MapiFolder.CopyTo"? You should be able to copy the info to a local mapi folder (on C:\ if you like).

i got a pop-up error message "Run-time error '-2147467259 (80004005)'
