BIOS replication for Dell XT and E6510

Hi,

looking for a simple bactch script that will help be automate BIOS settings for the Dell models XT2 and E6510. I tried writing the script on my own but without any luck, as I am not a scripter. Does anyone have one that you've used before that works?

I am looking to setup Admin password, set the boot order, and disable certain options in the boot order. Thanks for any help.

Answer Summary:
On one dell setup everything you need in bios and then install the dell cctk on this computer. http://en.community.dell.com/techcenter/systems-management/w/wiki/1952.dell-client-configuration-toolkit-cctk.aspx choose "this system's file" click on validate and you should be able to export config exe and run that on all others of that model.

  • You can also create for all models with this gui and export as an exe. It is also simple from the command line
