bootable cd
I came across a bootable cd that presents the user menu choices. ex
1)partion magic
2)pc doctor
3)norton antivirus ect ect
Once the choice is made it then goes and does its thing. Dosnt install the program just carries out the selection made. There our no autoexe, config or autorun files on the disc.
anyone know of a program that will create a bootable cd with menu choices other than nero or barts.
Thanks

Generally when I need to build such a CD I create them via a Microsoft Virtual PC, Windows 98 se system. In that way I can take advantage of the bootable disk utilities.
But that me, my team tells me I tend to make things a bit more complex than necessary at times.
With today’s CD Burn Software it is possible to build such a CD in many ways.
I would suggest you get the Roxio’s CD Creator Software. I find its interface less complex than most others.
The help section explains bootable CD creation fairly well. Then just practice incorporating different command line programs and building the Config, sys and Autoexec.bat files.
Ah, don’t we all miss the days of DOS.
Have Fun!
