Can anybody assist on packaging TallyGenicom 6800 printer drivers

Hi,

I'm trying to package TallyGenicom 6800 printer drivers using the below command

rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /if /f "C:\Temp\drivers\tg6800x64.inf" /r "lpt1:" /m "TallyGenicom 6800 LG Series"

But still it's displaying pop up for Trust publisher.

  • You may need to import a certificate to suppress these prompts.

BTW many of the tags you have selected like cloud comupting, Linux, Mac etc don't make any sense for this question. - nagendrasingh 6 years ago
    • Hi Nagendra,
I tried to import the certificate as well, still it's throwing the pop up "Always trust the software". - subhanbabuph 6 years ago
      • Not sure what is the issue and where is the problem. Perhaps following this guide will help you https://www.itninja.com/question/guide-to-signing-unsigned-drivers - nagendrasingh 6 years ago

Read this, its for App-V but it still applies in youir case use.

If you read up on it PROPERLY, you can just use my script it pump the cert and then the drivers from a zip file.

If it has weird exe's that are part of the driver, ie they not the new type generation drivers, then you might run into trouble.
