Change Address Book Search Order - Have you done it?
We are looking to make an enterprise wide modification to our Outlook clients (mix of 2007/2010), so that a specific subset of our GAL is searched first, and in some cases only. I came across this script using MAPI calls and C++ http://explodingcoder.com/blog/content/programmatically-updating-outlooks-address-book-options-with-a-command-line-tool, which works great. Just wondering if others had addressed this issue, and any other alternative methods or products/solutions that may have been leveraged. I found several other articles about editing the registry and other scripts, but IMO those have minor flaws that could not be successful in all cases.
