Citrix Reciever V3 will not connect to some Citrix Farms

We can connect in the morning then once you wait for a while you are not able to connect, you get the error the citrix server is not available to make connection there is not a server availble to process your request.  This happens on and off during the day, we connect to multiple Citrix platforms that are web based.

could be dns resolution if you mutliple dns servers/domains

you also may have reached you max license's for that farm, if users are connected to the farm and not running any apps it still eats a license.
