Commit Custom Actions or Deferred Custom Actions

Hello,

When should i used  'Commit Custom Actions' instead of 'Deferred Custom Actions' ?

    I have already read this but not sure understood all the specifications.

    The only thing i saw, it is both are deferred. The commit ones run only if "the InstallFinalize action is successfull ". And usually scheduled in Rollback CAs.
