Seemingly under a different user ID.
Where are you finding these driver package names and files?
If they are on the vendor website, then there should be release notes.
If they're on the Microsoft Update Catalog then there will be release notes and supported OS details.
What is it you're trying to achieve, and why are you having difficulty in finding this information?
