Creating a K1000 inventory smart label for Visual Studio

When looking in the software for Visual Studio there is just a ton of different entries.  This causes problems when trying to get a clear number of installs on our machines.  I wanted to know if there was a way to get a smart label for the list of Visual studio ver. 08/10/12?

  • You may have to do a custom inventory rule looking for whatever version number you are interested in.

  • Thanks for some reading. Been very busy at work so I have not been able to play around with them to give any kind of update. Once I get some more info I will update with results.

    As for Versions, yes. VS 2008, VS2010, VS2012. - easyname001 11 years ago
