Creating New License

When setting up a new license for software, the "Applies to Software" section is prepopulated with Dell Command Monitor with no way to remove it or change it to the correct software. If the correct software selection is made from "Applies to Catalog Software", an error is produced stating that you can't choose from both sections.

PLEASE HELP!

That suggests that either your catalog has not been populated or your SMA has an issue that support will need to help you with, so log a call.
