Custom fields in ticket list view
I have created a separate queue in our service desk to track our purchase orders for the IT dept. I modified the title field to show the Vendor and created Custom_1 as 'user modify' to input the PO number and Custom_2 as 'user modify' to enter the dollar amount. I then modified the ticket list layout to include these two fields, so I can see all the information in the ticket list. The problem, however, it that the two custom fields are blank and don't show the data entered into these fields on the ticket list.
Any suggestions?
