Custom inventory results no longer populate

KACE Appliance Version: 9.0.270
KACE Agent Version: 9.0.167 & 8.1.5.2

Have had a script to collect mapped drives & printers for each machine that's worked flawlessly for years. Now, the script runs and text files on the machines containing drive/printer information are created when a user logs on, but the information no longer populates in the Software/Custom Inventory Fields on the appliance.
Anyone else run across that issue?

  • Did you update your CIRs to match the OS versions you have? Previous to version 9 you had to select the specific OS versions, but 9.0 introduced a tree for them, so you can select All macOS. - chucksteel 6 years ago
