Custom Report - Any Changes by specific tech
When techs update kace tickets, either notes, status, etc... kace sends an email to the submitter that there is a status change. SO i know it's keeping track of such data.
I am looking for a report that would tell me What changes a specific tech has made to any tickets at all. I would need to be able to select a date range as well, else it will look all the way back the beginning of Kace time, but for now, i could live with changes within the last 2 months if that helps.
Any help would be truly appreciated
