Custom Ticket Rule to use Label?
We want Joe to be cc'd on all exec's tickets. We created an LDAP label for the exec's, but I don't see anywhere to assign this label in the custom ticket rules? I don't know any SQL so I'm sort of lost. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

How many execs do you have? Probably easier to specify them using your select statement in the CT rule, otherwise you are looking at joining multiple tables together (not impossible, but definitely raises the difficulty of what you are trying to do). - erik.ragan 11 years ago
