in short: no, you cannot. Just open a tether and create a case with KACE support (add the case number to the tether) and the issue will be solved very fast.
long: you can, but you need to have a valid backup from BEFORE the issue occured and can restore it to a newly installed appliance. (but this is a thing which needs much more time and having a downtime and data loss (between the backup time and now), so it will be the way to go.
