Date field in script Bits

Is there a variable that will auto populate the date field in ScriptBits.

I want to create an scriptBit to autofill the some basic information into the script i'm creating

something like (I want ASE to autofill the Author,Created,Filename)

# Title: [Script Title]

# Author: Current User

# Created: mm/dd/yyyy - hh:mm:ss
