DDPE Reporting In KACE Issue
We use Dell Data Protection Enterprise on our windows machines here and a recent update of the K1000 added an inventory field for Hard Drive Encryption. We're not using the bitlocker DDPE but rather the DDPE file level encryption for WIndows and none of the device inventories show that encryption is enabled on the Windows machines even though I know it is
I'm guessing there is some other software piece that needs to be installed on the PC side? Has anyone using both KACE and DDPE had this issue and resolved it? Thanks for any help

I just updated and found the agent has to also be a 6.4 version. Are your agents updated? We are using it to report on systems that still need to have BitLocker enabled and it is reporting fairly well.
