Deleting Contents of all Users Folder

Hi guys,

Does anyone know how to delete the contents of the All Users folder through a simple batch file? Tried creating it but keeps stating the dir which i have told it to delete is not recognised? I have used the attirb command on the script but the batch file claims this is not a recognozed internal or external command.

Cheers
D

Are you using DEL or RMDIR?

Try specifying the path in with the following inverted commas " "

Think i might try and seek another alternative. Have realised if i run this script then all of the contents of the 'All Users' folder will be deleted for next user. This is not what i'm after. I need to try and restrict the contents of the 'All Users' folder being displayed when i log in with a particular account. I guess Group Policy is the best way to do this but i haven't been able to find the suitable entry. Any suggestions?

DOES EVERYTHING GET DELETED WITH THE DEL OR RMDIR IN INVERTED COMMAS?

WHY DON'T U SPECIFY SPECIFIC FOLDERS OR FILES TO DELETE?

If you want to restrict access to a folder for a particular user, you'd be better off using NTFS permissions (cacls.exe from a batch file).
