Dell AppAssure - Need some info
We were considering Dell AppAssure and wanted to know if anyone in here uses it. From what I have read so far support sucks but I am hoping now that Dell acquired them, Dell can help in this. So far i have emailed 3 different folks and have yet to get a response which is scaring me - and I think I will have to scrap it. This makes me wonder now that I am a potential customer and not getting responses it would be even worst once they have my money.
I wanted to know if it's capable of backing up the K1000 and K2000. I know I can offlload the k1000 backup but not sure about the K2000.
I had a webinar with them and was impressed on what it can do in terms of backup espically the Exchange backup and restore.

Yes as of 3.3 the K2000 can backup tea UNC which would allow it to be backed up as well.
