Dell Update Driver Model Mismatch

I'm running SMA 10.1.99. I have a user with a Dell 7390 2in1. Let's say, hypothetically, that this user is my boss. :-D

I have a detect and deploy schedule with his computer specified. His computer inventory shows a Latitude 7390 2in1. The Dell Update Catalog Comparison Report for his computer says it needs an update for a Realtek Ethernet Controller driver (for his dock). However, when I click that driver link, the list of models includes the XPSNotebook 7390 2in1. There are a ton of other models listed, including a bunch of Latitudes, but not the Latitude 7390 2in1. The Dell support page shows his service tag is a Latitude, and the Realtek driver is in the list. Expanding the driver details, XPS 7390 2in1 is not in the supported list.

Is there some way to fix this in Kbox, or does someone at Dell have to change it on the actual driver?

Please open a SR with KACE Support. They will take care of it and make sure the feed will be fixed (since this affects all users with this special model)
