Systems Management

We are using the default "Devices the failed to patch by patch" report in the reporting section so that we can keep track of which devices are patching properly and which are not. However, this report has proven quite unhelpful. It pulls stale data and possibly completely inaccurate data. For instance, the report that was generated this morning (9/29/2017) says one machine failed a particular Adobe update, but when I look at the update history of the machine itself that same update was successfully installed on August 18th (well over a month ago!). Clearly this sort of thing makes the report useless when trying to determine if our patching process has been successful or not. Does anyone know of a better report to use for this, or of a way to get this report to show accurate and up-to-date information? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
