Add your rating:--------------------

Hello,

I'm searching for a way to implement a diary (or the journal) for the standard activities of every day.

Thanks for any suggestion

I can go one step further with information, so a few years back I developed a system for a private school here in the UK, the concept was simple. The purpose was to log regular scheduled tickets so that site maintenance knew what jobs they needed to complete on a day by day basis. I achieved this by using two queues, the first queue held tickets that were the jobs required, what schedule each task was, who would be responsible for completing the task. That queue then had ticket rules that fired at the start of each day, sending emails to the main service desk queue for each task required.

Those incoming emails would create tickets for the technicians automatically logged and assigned, which they worked through and closed, simple.

If you would like to know more or need some help with something similar please contact me through this site.
