Disallowed Programs Policy
I tired to do a trial for Enforce Disallowed Programs Policy and it works for the trial but now I wanted to remove the trail that I did and try it with something different. However, it seemed to work so well that even after I deleted all the scripts that I set to run as a trial it still will not let me back into the program I tried as a trial. I tried to block pinball.exe and it worked well but worked so well that now I can't seem to get pinball.exe to open even after I deleted everything to do with the block on KACE.
If anyone has used this or knows what I need to do to get this to work correctly please let me know!
Thanks,
Becky

Hi Becky,
Removing the script or agent won't bring back pinball. You have to create another script that will do the opposite of the disallow. Basically change the registry to allow it to be used again. If you open up the script the KBOX created and simply edit it to allow and re-run it, that should allow you to use the application.
