Simply put, NO.  Not all software have the ability to install silently.  It all depends on the programer and the software used to create the software.

Not all installers support silent installs, and depending on the package type the command may be different.

Run it from a cmd with /? it might show you some, or /help. They are all different, but there are lists for the InstallShield ones InnO set up etc
