Download sites no longer active - where can I download the latest beta?

Currently, it seems that the Free Tools section of Kace.com, as well as all URLs provided here on ITNinja do not at this moment point to active sites.  I'm running v0.10.9294, but I see documentation that mentions v0.11.12619.  Just wondering if I can still get my hands on the latest beta.  Thanks!

which tool and I believe they want you to input some information to download it or them.
