Error Uninstalling Software
During uninstallation in Win XP & Win7, it prompts the error(please Refer attached error.png doc). Installation is fine, and shortcut is also launching 5n,but when the time of uninstallation getting this error.

Can you get a log file from the Uninstall so you can see where it might be failing?
if install is MSI, just do the following from RUN:
msiexec /x {your product guid} /lv+"%TEMP%\Uninstall_Error.log"
Then type in %TEMP% from Run to get to your log file.
What software is it?
What version?
Is it a package or a manual installation?
MSI package or scripted installation?
What deployment tool are you using?
What uninstall command are you running?
What troubleshooting have you already performed?
