Editing an NTFS partition image

What tools can edit an NTFS partition image.
Ghost 7 cannot. You can explore and view and extract files, but you cannot replace anything.
Altiris' rapideploy can no problem, right ?
Anyone can add to this little list for other products as it is extremely important when developing and testing a desktop solution.
I would be particularly interested if anyone has any experience with ON CCM.
I noticed tthat the comparative matrix at appdeploy did not mention this limitation in ghost.
