Software Deployment

Hi,

I am asif..m facing one issue:.

app. Name: fedex ship manager. 

Issue: on first launch of shrtcut it start a service and gives an error "product is corrupted pls reinstall" and on 2nd launch it works fine. However on logoff login ...again same behaviour of shrtcut.

I check procmon also: 

It starts a service 1st time..and 2nd time as d service is already started it works..

We tried startin service manually starting that service. ...however shrtcut exe file understand dat service was not started by it..so it stops d service and restart it again n fails on 1st launch den 2nd launch it works...in other words dere can b some info in the service cache....

Service does not hav ny paramater I checked in proc mon.

Ny resolution pls?
