Field level help
I would like to add "field level" help for KACE users so they understand what the purpose of the field is and options for filling it out. Has anyone done this?

The only way I was able to accomplish this was to use custom fields text fields that were read only. I then placed these fields above or below the appropriate field on the ticket layout. - chucksteel 6 years ago
