FlexNet Daemon (Client) Download?

I'm back from the dead, but only briefly. I was wondering if anyone out there has seen a download for FlexNet Daemon/client? A lot of software utilizes FlexNet licenses. Thus I was hoping to find a download with the latest client as they are backwards compatible. Of course i've had a good poke around with google to no avail, my next stop is to pull it out from software package - not ideal.
Thoughts and pointers appreciated.
