Folder attributes
By default our XP clients do not have fast searching on, how in a windows script can this be set (ie in the Advanced Properties tab check the "For Fast searching, allow Indexing Service to index this folder") and subsequently files and/or folders within that folder ?

Hope the code below helps. It starts the Indexing Service on your Local Computer.
On Error Resume Next
Set objAdminIS = CreateObject("Microsoft.ISAdm")
objAdminIS.Start()
