Getting an error when I try to create a response transform in the Installshield. Please help.

I'm getting the below error when i try to create a response transform for an app. Please help.
"An error occurred while generating a Response Transform. Would you like to open a blank transform instead of a Response Transform?"

Some times we see this error from Installshield while creating the MSTs and there could be many reason for the same one of them might be the size of the MSI.etc.
Suggest you to create the MST using ORCA and edit the same with installshield/adminstudio to apply the required standards.
Try running the MSI manually and create a log file. Several things can come from this; it may show that you need to have the InstallShield Engine installed or that there's a property to delete which checks for the engine in the first place.
The log file should help figure out the exact problem.
