Please post your SMA version.

This message concerns the Apache Web Server threads on the SMA being exhausted.

Do you have any offline scripts?

You can review the task scheduler or run the Settings › Support › Diagnostic Utilities > SMA configuration report to see what tasks are running when the error message occurs.

Use this information to reduce the workload of the SMA by rescheduling tasks so that there is no overlapping.

I would say, submit a ticket for KACE Support.
